Is there a particular truer that is best or will pretty much all of them do the same?

Nice car! I can’t make it this Saturday. The wife and daughter have plans for “us” and I would be wise to go with them without a fight. Lol

I’m with you Stan. It couldn’t hurt my driving either!

Thanks for all the help guys! Jim Difalco suggested a DD304 with an upgraded heatsink and 5 ohm brake. Since the DD304 comes with a 1/32 network he also suggested that I order a 1/24 network. I ordered it all at 1:30 PM last Friday and it showed up yesterday. He knocked it out and shipped it on Saturday! So far I couldn't be more pleased with his service. My understanding is that this is the same controller as the DD281 but with a 5 ohm brake instead of the 3 ohm.  I hope to get to use it soon! I think Stan is getting the same controller.

Even the blind guy is in the running!

Tighter battle at the back. Last 6 are all within 3 points of each other! Lol

The first time a came to a club event was just a few months back at Bill's place (Inslot's Checkered Flag Raceway). I remember Bob walked in and I assumed he would struggle to compete (like I do). I was totally wrong! He kicked butt and was amazing to watch drive. Total eye opener for me. He was also very helpful. I only met him once, but he made a great impression and I will miss him as well. Rest in peace Bob.

Thanks everyone! If I ordered direct from Difalco is it at retail price or is there a discount?

Stan,

Do you run a lot of the 1/24 cars with your DD304?

Which one do you use Mitch?

I like the sound of that! Does the DD304 run the super 16's too?

I’m looking to buy a controller that will be competitive and versatile (so I can race 1/32 and 1/24)I see the Difalco DD268 says that it will basically run anything from H.O. to G7. Is this a good one? Or does a guy need to step up and buy the DD281 with an extra 1/32 module? Or maybe other options?

Why does it seem like everyone dislikes F1?

Just throwing it out there.....I have a meeting Thursday afternoon and will likely be a bit late. I will probably miss the F1 class, but I hope to be there in time for Classic 1.

Thanks guys. I’m not discouraged, just wanted to acknowledge there were a lot of wrecks.

That was a great time! Thanks everyone and sorry for all the wrecks! Those cars are just a little too fast for me

How long should it take?

Looks good!

That was a lot of fun. Thanks to all who helped make it happen! As a follow up to the Can-Am chassis building day...Zach and I got a chance to run my new Can-Am and it runs great! Just need to add a little lead.

Sounds great! I can be there around 5:30.

It's done other than an interior and hiring a driver. But I'm glad you mentioned the Can-Am race because I hadn't noticed it!

Must be great! Will you guys be needing me there?

Must be nice to have Stan's problem!
