He gets to the the races all the time by boat with the land yacht: SS Super Duty.  Thanks for hosting another exciting night of racing.  I didn't realize it last night but I managed another trifecta!

Thank you Dorothy, it was our pleasure to host and I'm glad you had fun racing.  Congrats to Terry on his Championship, well earned and long overdue.  I would be remiss if I didn't  congratulate you on being the Amateur Champion as well.
I do have one question though. What's with the hairy butt picture on page 3?

Rico

Thanks again Bill it was an action packed evening for sure.  I'm very pleased with my result trifecta, especially after the last few disasters.

Rico

Thanks Bill for another fun filled Thursday evening.  I loved those ribs John brought and too many donuts too!

Nice work Bill.  How's it run or do we have to wait and see?

I'm also going to miss out running my BRM for the first time. Oh well, there's always next time.  If the girls do poorly at the tournament it could be a shorter day and may be able to make it to Salem.

I get to miss Thursday night too. Her normal ride to practice is not available so I'm doing that or Gabby's last softball game of the year, not sure which yet.

I will not be bringing anything and that includes me.  Cece has an all day volleyball tournament on Saturday.

Well said Mr. Bill.

I'll probably stop at Winco and pick up their chicken dinner as per usual.

Has he joined the forum yet? Any idea what part of Milwaukie he is in? Enquiring minds want to know.

Thanks again Bill for a pleasant evening.

Thanks Terry and Dorothy, I had an enjoyable evening.

Thanks Bill for the racing last night, it is certainly getting fast and furious.  It was really cool setting the outright track record even if I held it for only a brief time, damn you Kouba ;-).

Thank you Monte and Victoria for being such gracious hosts especially since I got the time wrong and showed up an hour early or so.  Still not 100% sure how I won the lightning round.  Sounds like maybe I won it at Bill's expense?

For those of you who are friends with Kelly on Facebook you probably have seen/heard what a fun night we had last night and for those who aren't; it was a night we will not soon forget.  I had a rough weekend and spent 8 hrs Saturday repairing a roof on my mom's rental and then I woke up Sunday at 4:00AM and could not get back to sleep. Back tracking slightly, one of AJ's roomates had left his car in front of our house while he flew to Montana for the weekend to interview for a intern position.  I was supposed to pick him up at 10:00 last night at the airport but his flight ended up getting cancelled due to mechanical problems.  I went to bed around 10:30 and was quickly sound asleep for a while.  I was startled awake by the sound of a heavy duty car crash and my first thought was someone had smashed into his car.  Out the door in my robe to find his car not smashed that I can see.  Gathering my bearings I now spot a car in our yard smashed into the dog wood tree so hard it has toppled the tree.  The driver is out of the car and the passenger is getting out.  I ask them what the hell they were doing and get the reply that at least they had managed to miss both cars.  The passenger then proceeds to get in the drivers seat and to my suprise got the car started.  By now, I figured they were going to make a run for it and stood behind the car and yelled for Kelly to call the police.  He puts the car in reverse, revs the engine and starts back and I had to give way or be hit.  The former driver gets in and they make a dash down  the culdesac giving the police a little time to arrive.  They were apprehended 8 blocks later.  Needless to say I wasn't able to sleep much last night either.

Regards
Rico

Me three, I had a blast as well and it was really sweet to finally do well with the 55's. I've always tried really hard to win in the past but I've found I've been doing better since I decided I just didn't care where I finish. Thanks to Bill and Diane for being such gracious hosts.

In the first set of Ninco's Rico brought out his new bottle rocket - a shiny Ninco Megane - and promptly blew the field away.

Not a new car at all, just the first time I've been able to make it run smoothly.  For a long while I thought maybe Megane was French for jack rabbit.  Turns out it's a Japanese term for glasses or to describe a person who wears glasses, usually a man.

Thank you Monte and Victoria for hosting another First Sunday, I enjoyed the racing and visiting with everyone.
