Wow, I just realized that I haven't posted my projects lately. I have the Pontiac Peak #42 done, it has been done quite a while and has raced at the Gorge Raceway one time and didn't handle worth a crap! I need to take the time to dial it in. But I did make a big wheel out of it so what do I expect?
The chassis picture is the finished chassis. Because of the tall (True Scale) tires, the chassis is quite high. so, I lowered the side pans to .060" clearance from the track. Where I used to work, I had access to a mill, so I milled the motor bracket out of aluminum.

This was also a project day. Mark brought his copy of a Hanna chassis in progress and got the motor mount and rear cross over soldered in. We got a few other little projects done also. Thanks to those who showed up and made it a fun day.
