Well, it was a interesting night of racing. Before it even got started, had evaluated the room and air it out. Mitch can be thanked for that!!!!.
After everybody was able to breath fresh air once again, we were able to get the racing started.  Doug was given a new racer name. From this day fourth he shall be addressed as Sir Doug the Destroyer. Up 1st was classic sport car.  These cars are spec out with 14k motors and 7mm tires, so the racing is close, and any mistake is hard to get the time back.  Al had a rough race if there was a car off ( Doug) Al seemed to find the crash, Doc was able take the win followed by Ricco. Up next was slot it/ Policar and more Destroyer action between Al and Doug was to be had. I don't even recall the finishing order of these race. Doc took the win and Rico was 2nd and that was it will have wait for results to be posted   last race was open Doc pulled out the broom for the sweep. One more race and then we start the new points race

No wet sacks tonight, drive them like  you stole  them.  Vroom Vroom  let's go racing

AL easy and should of won both those races. I had nothing for either classes during  practice. But he folded like wet sack under the pressure.

Remember.  There be racing in them dare basement  today. Be there or be square.

Reminder back to back odd Thursday. See you next week.

Sorry to interrupt your normal schedule programing. With these urgent  race report update......We had 7 racers  battle the crappy portland traffic  and make there way to Al's  man cave to do battle. Up 1st was Trans Am and after Doc performed little magic  and  sprinkled Doug new car with some go fast dust. We were off racing. Doc was able hold off Doug for the win .Doug did have bragging rights for the fastest  lap of the night. But a few offs cost him the win. Up next was DTM and Doc green machine was firing on all 8 and was glued to the track for the 2nd win of the night with Al crossing in 2nd a few laps back. Followed by David in Doc's back up Dtm. Last race was open and pull out the broom  with Doc taking the last win of the night with Al coming in 2nd once again and Rico thrid.

Ok the weather getting  hotter again and so is the racing. American  pony cars are up 1st with the trans am cars followed by a little old world flavor DTM class. See you all at the track.

So I have some experience  with brushless  from my rc days. When they 1st came out there was lots of teething issue and the price tag was a big struggle  with racers. Slowly they worked out the issues and the price  came down were it was affordable  for racers. . Been following  the slot car side and there still some teething  issues still people are seeing problems with what controller  work with the system  and ones  that don't. I'm going to wait and see were it goes but if it anything  like they RC side it will be the way to go.

that deal has passed
there a ta car that would be a good runner for those who do not have one.

Thete be good deal on homeracingworld  on some fly classic  that would be perfect for the LA Mans  class
