Tyler built this super fast skull machine. 
Terry Abbott is one of the premier NASTE Halloween car builders. He built this awesome Ratatouille entry and finished 17th with it.
Sherry Trachsel drove her Ghost Cop car to an 8th place finish.
The Rico Weener, what more can I say? Other than it was big and finished 3rd!
Mitch Brooks decorated his '55 Chevy for the Halloween race and finsihed 10th with it.
Bryan Trachsel consistantly builds some of the fastest NASTE Halloween cars. He succeeded again this year capturing first place with his skeleton driven go-cart!
No introduction required here. Dorothy's Hammer II, built by none other than husband Terry. This baby got Dorothy into 11th place!
This was Tracy Flood's entry. We're still trying to figure out what exactly that animal was chasing?! We do know it was fast!!! Fast enough for 12th place!
Todd Flood brought back his very quick box of M&Ms! This thing was faster than Kyle Busche's ride!!! Todd finished 14th.
Our beloved Hammer was out in her full Halloween driving suit. Here she is trying to bribe Tracy with her delicious candies to move over and let her by. Most everybody let her by anyway. It was hard to ignor the Hammer II coming up behind you!...Very intimidating!!!
There were two extraordinarily and incredibly engineered cars at this years NASTE Halloween Race. One of which was this one built by Carl. This Cat In The Hat entry had a separate motor driving the front propeller, as well as another motor driving that rear chopper spinner thing, in addition to the motor powering the car. Carl finished 13th with this behemoth.
This was the other engineering marvel. John built this coffin car and added the skeleton to the lid. The Barbie head was motorized and rotated 360 degrees while the car was in motion. It was awesome!!! Alas Barbie suffered a break down just before the end of the race, probably due to stress. John finished out the race in his back-up invisible car, in 15th.

It eventually all came to an end and we had to pack up and leave.

The Halloween races are great because everyone is having a good time no matter how their car is faring. Rico was smiling because the corner marshal's kept grabbing his wiener !! 
No, we ain't touching that one. But we did have a great time. I need to do some work to my cars. I should start now.

Yes, it was manhandled all night, but maybe it wouldn't have been if he wasn't ramming people from behind with his wiener!

It is a pleasure having this Halloween race and the fun that is had. Thanks all for making it a fun night as always.
I am going to build me a Halloween car for next year if I have to confine myself to my work station 'till it is done!! So for those who offered me a loaner, thanks, but refuse me next yr. and maybe that will get me off my "slacker" mood!!
