Yes, we had a great time from breakfast to the conclusion it was quite the day.
Glad you guys had a good time! I know I sure did!!!
The Corvettes were great. It's always fun at Bill's house, win or lose. Congrats to Bryan and Mitch.
Even with all my runnin' around and chasin' rabbits, I managed to snap a few photos......
Early in the day, Greg Greenman Petrolati brought out his new Carrera DTM sporting one of the new 3D printed chassis.
By early afternoon the sun was out. Victoria and Dennis spent some time at the Upwards Game board.
I love this photo! This power nap may have been John's secrete weapon! John Fisher won the first round of the NASTE Challenge race!
One of many discussion, this one being lead by Dave Smith.
Greg Greenman Petrolati, Smooth Monte Kidvolt Saager (could you possibly have more nicknames?), Mitch Brooks, and Glenn Heath were all actively taking part in the discussion with Dave.
Action during one of the Classic Sports Car rounds of racing.
Sherry Trachsel, Mitch Brooks, and Todd Flood get ready for the start of the race. Tood Flood won the second round of the NASTE Challenge race. Mitch Brooks was the overall winner of the first NASTE Challenge Race of the 2015 season!
The Monogram Grand Sport starting grid for the first round of racing. These cars were prepped in a totally stock configuration, and raced at 9 volts. The cars held up very well throughout the race.
The NASTE 2015 Season opener was a FULL day event. Two races were run earlier in the day, prior to the NASTE Point Series Championship race, and the NASTE Challenge Race. The first race of the day was for vintage F1 cars. There were eight entries in four different divisions of the class. After a lunch break we raced classic sports cars as raced at the Odd Thursday Night races here at TooBad Motorplex. Here's how those two races shook out:

Victoria saager - 1st place in the Cartrix Division.
Greg Petrolati - 1st place in the Scratchbuilt Division.
Vintage F1 Overall
1st Monte Saager 47.6 laps
2nd John Fisher 46.2
3rd Greg Petrolati 45.6
4th Glenn Heath 41.4
5th Victoria Saager 41.3
6th - tie Mitch brooks 40.0
6th - tie Bill Bostic 40.0
8th Dennis Hart 35.5

The racing was incredibly close all day long!!!!
I'll claim the title of "Cobra King" for now. ;-)
Looks like you all had lots of fun but it was absolutely beautiful at the coast all weekend. Out on the beach with a bon fire wearing shorts and a windbreaker last night at 11:30. The rental house was great and best of all: no break downs on the way home.
Rico
Glad you had a good time at the coast with the family Rico! We all missed you!!!
OK Monte "Smooth" "Cobra King" "Kidvoltage" Saager...............for now..............
I'll be runnin' the red X Cobra again at the next Odd Thursday, tryin' to get back that 2/10ths of a lap!!!!
Oh My! I can't believe I almost forgot pictures. Had a heck of a time remembering my Login on here too.
Thanks for a great night of racing Bill. It was a lot of fun.
Here are the photos I took. Video will be some time.

Also, my PhotoBucket for racing is about full, so I'm going to have to start deleting some pictures. I'm thinking about which ones are going to be the first to go. I do want to keep some old ones on there, but I do need to make room. Do you all have any preference on which ones are not as necessary as others? Just asking as I wouldn't want to delete any favorites, but I'll have to figure it out pretty quick.
Thanks for taking the photos Dorothy, they are all great!
As far as deciding which photos to delete to gain space, I wouldn't be able to decide. I like them all! I would say we would all be ok with whichever ones you decide to delete. After all, it is your album!!!
We all really appreciate the effort you put into our photos and video!!! ===============Bill
Tonight I did a little research and review. It looks like the Carrera Grand Sport Corvettes were actually a little slower around TooBad than the NASTE '55 Chevys. When we ran the '55 Chevys at TooBad last season, most of the racers ran 2 to 4 more laps with the '55 Chevys than they ran with the Grand Sport Corvettes. Interesting..........
Good Afternoon. Got it done. Video from the first NASTE race of the 2015 Season. Too Bad Motorplex. Thanks again for a great night of racing Bill.
Thanks for taking time to reply Bill. I'll just have to figure out which ones to delete. I'm pretty sure most if not all of them are on the CD's I've given to you already and I have them in various places on our computer and external HD, so they won't totally be gone. Just gone from the PB site.
Anyway, here is the video from our first race.
