Had an awesome time last night. Thanks to everyone who came out and Al for hosting.
Missed you as well Mitch I was looking forward to seeing that F40!
Zack
80-some laps. Another milestone knocked over!
Well done Zack!
Or should I ask, has this been done already and I've just been away too long?
We have been going 80 in open for a few meets. But i was suprised to do it with the GFX car. She was working good!
Zack
I won't be able to make this Thursday's meet, First one I have missed since the first time I visited Al's....Have a great time everybody don't let him beat you up too bad!
Zack
Thanks Al for another fun night of racing.I had a good time despite getting beat a couple of times in the last round of each heat while leading.
Rico
Sorry...
Your welcome Rico always glad to have you. Sorry Monte ? Somehow I dought that !
Well, I'm sorry he feels bad. Not for the result.
I didn't think so for minute. :-)
Fifteen races into the 2019 season and it looks like Al might have it sewed up. The competition just keeps getting better this season! The races are closer than they ever have been, and we are enjoying the company of many new racers! This is one fantastic season, and a big thank you goes out to Al Christensen for providing us with such a nice track and facility to race at!

Well another season is in the bag. Al went back to back and gets to wear the crown a little longer. the rest of the top 6 came down to the last heat. I think Montie did enough to hold onto 2nd and me and Rico tied with the the tie breaker going to Rico with 3 wins to my goose egg. Zac beat out Mitch for 5. Looks like the new comer Zac might have something to say to who takes home the hardware next year. so some rule changes are in the works and new classes to get going . till next time keep the shiny side up...
Thanks for the great race report Doc!

Mitch had the fastest lap in Classic 2? Darn, I though 6.54s was fast.....back to work!
Zack
Zack, in that reference the "fastest lap" is the method used to break the tie for 5th place. Not necessarily the fastest lap of the race. I edited the post....
Looks like I was wrong with the results. Thought Rico finished higher than he did. Ended up taking 3rd in the points by a single point. It was a hard fought battle through out the year.
