Ok, the Rapid Grand Prix has been re-scheduled for the second time! The new schedule is for June. 18th. If somehow this date can not happen, I will call it a season!

Results of the May 21, '22 race. Small turnout but still had a lot of fun. Sun shining, doors open, enjoying the race and weather and a conversation on what the plans are so far for Rapid Raceway next season.

Best news: Gearloose is back racing as strong as ever!

Welcome aboard the Northwest slot car world. I don't know where you live but there is a lot of tracks of different scales to race in our area. If you want to check out 1/24th. racing, there are 3 active tracks in the Portland and Vancouver area and 2 more soon to be on the schedule. I have a race this Sat. the 26th. ( Rapid Raceway ) if you want to check it out. Coffee and goodies are on the bench at all times! Doors open at 11:30am and racing starts at 1:00pm.

Thanks Bill. This repair looks good in the picture, but in person it is not that good looking of a body repair, but after all it is a slot car going into battle again.
