Doc; I have to send Bill the pictures and he installs them on the site. I thought I sent them to him this morning, but I just realized ( at about 4pm ) that I forgot to send them! First mistake I ever made in my life!
Now on to another project. This one is a true scale Classic NASCAR using the Pontiac Peak Antifreeze kit.
Finally did a test run with the finished Firebird at Springwater raceway on 3-26-'23. Need to fine tune it.
962 points have been updated on 3-26-'23 after 4 races.

I like the later hours. It gives the guys that are still working time to get to the track, race and have a good time and still get home at a decent hour. I also like the optional dinner thing. I used to race at Slot Car Central every Wed. night while working a steady job and I really liked it as it broke up the week with some fun racing.
I really feel that this even Thursday racing will catch on because it is a lot of fun under a no pressure/fun time atmosphere. This was somewhat a low turnout but it was a lot of fun as usual for these events. Thanks Bob for having us over.

This race was fast and fun. Notice that all the racers turned in their fasted time in under 5 seconds!
Yes, the racing with the 962 is getting awesome! All 12 racers turned in their fastest lap under 5 seconds! The field is indeed tightening up, and that makes it more fun for everyone.
Thanks Zack, very kind of you to take the time to pass this info on to other racers. In my opinion it makes a better and more fun time of racing for everyone.
