Just another day at the races for "Wild Bill".

I had to go to a VERY boring and long football awards gathering. I wish I could have been racing instead.

Yes, a fun close night of racing at the triple RRR. It was super competitive in all the classes and glad I could finally be in the mix.

Nice work Doc!

I always enjoyed racing on the Point, I am going to miss doing so.

Nice work guys.  I had nothing to repair for the first time in a number of races- yeah.  A completely enjoyable day of racing, thanks Bob for hosting a fine event.

Thanks for hosting Bill, a very close race indeed, but I prefer the computer results.

Thanks Howie.  It was a fun day of racing despite my gear issues all day on my Nascar.

I'd be really impressed if he could do sub 6 seconds with either of those classes. I know darn well I couldn't.

I'll second that as Dave performed his magic on mine as well transforming it into something that could be raced hard, now if only I could drive it to it's potential...

Thanks again Dave, much appreciated!

Thank you both

I had to miss out, Dominic had a game Monday night. At least they won 40-20.

I had fun while I was there even with an ill handling car. Thank you Howie for providing a place for us to race. Oh, and congrats to Wild Bill on the win, he was flying.

You're welcome Rico!

Let's refer to the brace as the Billy Bar!

Henceforth, it will be known as such.

Just a shout out to Bill for repairing my damaged chassis last night.  We got it all set up on the jig and got the axle tube and bracket re-soldered in place.  Then Bill devised a secondary brace which he fabricated and soldered in place. It would have to be a devastating hit to knock it loose now. I will post a pic this evening if I have time. Once again thanks Bill.

I can only echo Bill's sentiments. I will take full responsibility for breaking the trunk section off the body, I just overcooked it. I'm not sure exactly how the front axle tube was torn off but I sure had fun while it lasted and so did my stinky motor :-) I think everyone was amazed it kept going and going. Time to get started on a new body.

Just following orders

It is my luck that all but one of Dominic’s football games are on a Thursday so I will have to miss a race or three. I’m sure you’re all going to be disappointed.
