Congrats to Al on a race well run.  We had a great time racing and Victoria even found space to set up her game board.  I downed not one but two entire slices of pizza and enjoyed every bite.  Quite the day!

Mitch, I'd ask Bill the fixer for help with that.  I ruin a lot less stuff when I do that.

Good job Bill.  About time we hit Facebook!

You've got one, just squeeze it a little harder.  ;-)

A nice option, I think these will prove a real hoot!

Ya know...  it was a little frustrating but I had never given thought to the fact that folks would stand out of order around the track.  Don't really see that often anywhere you race and in this case it became a real problem.

I'm glad ya'll had fun anyway.  Amazingly enough all cars have been repaired to their previous glory.

There are according to a certain racer from Tacoma.  You should give him a call and get the lowdown.

I'm ok with this but I hope we get something OTHER than a Tire Razor.  How about something a little nicer if we're going to pool up for this one.

Those are my only thoughts.

We held a test and tune day yesterday.  The tire choice worked great so grab some N22's from one of the online sources or pick up a pair next time you're here.  I plan to have extra's on hand.

I agree, thanks to Al for providing us one more place to play.  Had a great time with both a legal and an illegal car.

Where did Chris find all that paint?  I'm stunned.  They look great.

Good link Bill.  Added to the links page for easy reference.

Agreed, still cool regardless.

But...  that probably makes it one of the SCX bodies.  I have one we can use and compare.  I'll take pics when I get home from the beach later this week.

Very interesting.  The ad for the car on ebay lists it as a Scalextric body.  May not actually be a COX body.

It was a good time.  I enjoyed all the cars.  Food was plentiful.  Some of ya'll need to slow down and you know who you are.

We had the pleasure of having Rick Phillis join us to participate in our NASTE IROC Race on December 19th. Rick is the promoter and host of the Fray in Ferndale. If you are an HO racer and have not heard of the Fray in Ferndale you really must check it out! This once a year event is the largest gathering of HO racers in the nation. The racing takes place on multiple routed type tracks with individual as well as team results. It is truly a spectacular thing to be a part of, and if you every get the chance to attend you should definitely do so!

Look who's talking.  LOLOLOL

Correct, they did not.  Only those in the list above.  The McLaren did not come into existence until 1995.  Group C was gone by then.

I think partial cars count as complete cars if the partial and the parts are set aside together so that they don't become separated/misappropriated.

Your bench looks well organized to me.  I should show you a picture of Victoria's desk some time.

So where is the current count?

Mitch, you mean you don't have a separate pod set up for each so you can just swap pods and go?

No changes planned.  Basically the spec is for the way the cars come stock.  What could be easier?
