We were all under the impression that Bryan had won the event but the results clearly show that Sherry won with a whopping total of 259 or perhaps we have a typo? Thanks to Howie for opening the doors and letting us race. Dominic and I had fun racing, visiting and checking out all the spooky rides.

No Doc, it wasn't me or the wife as she was home with the kids. However, I did see a surprising amount of people sporting Oregon Duck colors. Conversely, I was actually quite surprised how little "Hook'em Horns" (i.e. Texas) gear we saw considering the college is located downtown Austin.
No complaints from me, they are a solid product.

I have a suggestion- no giant spiders. I still have the wiener mobile body, it sound like it might go well with the Abbott's entries.
I'm creating one new entry but Dominic's will be a repeat. I haven't had time to do much as I've been even busier than normal.
What is the height restriction at Howies? I can never seem to remember.
I was going to say you guys fracture me but that might be too soon for Doc.
I just want say thanks to Bill for hosting last nights race and to everyone else that was racing last night, I had a really enjoyable time as always. It was nice to see Beau racing at TooBad, it's always a pleasure to race with him.

So, what are you saying? He needs to be on crack?
I would like to have been there, but we were in Eugene getting Gabby's apartment set up for school. We are down to only three kids at the the house and this may take some getting used to.
To be honest, I was unsure how you could make make the switch from Sat/Sun to Thursdays and make it work fairly for all involved. That being said, I really think you've nailed it, congratulations. I'm excited to get the season rolling and best of luck to all.

Other than a loose driver, 'ol yeller seems none the worse for the wear. It was an action filled, high flying night of racing- just the way we like it.
We were talking about what to run for the Ford folks and Trans Am cars came up and everyone kind of said yes. That's the only reason I inquired, I don't have a preference either way.
Are we still planning on racing TransAm cars as well?
Alan must have some kind of ESP to channel my busy calendar days. I will be at the coast celebrating my mother's 80th birthday that weekend.
Thank you Bob and Teri for terrific hot dog fest and some really good racing. Congrats to Monte on the victory, the man was on fire while racing. While marshaling, not so much, even with his own car. I think we all had a few laughs and an enjoyable day.
I would agree with that assessment. I looked at the time board and did rudimentary calculations in my head, Dennis was the fifth fastest qualifier. He just got placed with two really fast cars the shoot out.

It was a very long, HOT day but in the end everybody knew who the old guys were. Congrats Dennis on your excellent performance, you made Team Naste proud. Here's some of the pics I took:

You know me too well. Drat.
Put me down for Porsche 956 #33 Skoal Bandit
Is that anything like getting the lead out of your butt?
I missed the arse-whoop in'. I had one of my 'Chet style race nights. My GT car was bouncing off stuff everywhere and the old grey ghost ain't what she used to be in classic sports car.
