New Slot.it Ford GT40 Loaner cars at TooBad Motorplex

Awhile back Gary Gossett came to me with an idea regarding loaner cars for races at tooBad Motorplex. He suggested we set up and have available six cars to be used as loaners. I contacted Tony at Fantasy World Hobbies and we discussed the idea. What we decided upon was six Slot.it GT40 white kits. It was decided the cars would retain their traction magnets and original tires, leaving them in a "box stock" configuration. This should keep the cars dependable and durable while still being very good handling, quick and competitive cars.

Goose took the six chassis and completed the chassis set up and tuning. Chris Kouba assembled and painted the six bodies. I completed the final assembly. Ok, ok, I put the bodies on the chassis.......
