I found wheel barrow wheels new for about $35 each. 20" dia, 200 lb load rating each wheel. Similar to wheel chair wheels .My direction is going to be a plywood chassis with steel axles and components. 1" ground clearance and a body that mimics a 1969 STP Turbine Indy Car. I plan to build a bolsa wood model . Smaller scale of course. I'll post photos as things progress . Fun Fun!!!

You are welcome Rico. I enjoyed helping out, and being with fun people. Life is more enjoyable with the Naste group than working everyday with a d!*k head boss and tired/overworked/grumpy co-workers!
