the 2024 Patriot 500 at Springwater Raceway!

The 2024-2025 Slot Car racing season is underway. The 2024 edition of The Patriot 500 at Springwater Raceway is in the books. The format this year consisted of a mixed group of hardbody NASCAR classes from PASER, OSCAR and NWTS. All cars were raced together and scored in one of 2 groups: Angle winder or Inline. Each group was scored separately, with the first 3 places in each group receiving an award plaque. The highest lap total overall received a separate plaque. Springwater Raceway always provides close racing, unexpected circumstances and just some plain old bad luck. A BIG thank you to those who came from Seattle WA, Eugene OR and Bend Or. Along with a dedicated local group of racers. Thank you, Cap’t Kirk, for doing Tech and assisting as race director. A total of 17 racers competed on a 6 lane rotation, with 4 minute heats. Each racer had 48 minutes of track time. Captain Chaos won the Racers Choice Award for his #28 Havoline Thunderbird. And now….. The Results:
