Well enough politics. The good news from Al post is that we may be back to some sort of racing again. That needs a big shot out.
Keep the politics out of slot cars haha, its my only escape.
I for one cannot wait to get back to racing during the week!

As soon as Al sets a date to continue the schedule, perhaps I'll schedule a "tune up" day the weekend before to work the flat spots out of the tires, and maybe exercise those trigger fingers. LOL.
Wished I took pics of one of the cars I just picked up from Bill. a Lola T280 that had the rear drive flat spotted right down to the rim . No saving those tires.....
I finally got my first shot scheduled for next Monday ! My hope is to get Odd Thursday's going again maybe in April. Last year we got just to one race past half way through the 2020 schedule. My plan is to continue with that schedule through the summer for points for the 2021 Point Series Championship. I'm eagerly looking forward to racing again !!!

SWMBO and I get our 2nd shot on 4/5. Drywall is up in the Game Room, they're coming to do the finish work tomorrow. After that, it's paint and flooring, then we can move everything back in. Should be ready to host a race by the end of April.
It's been 2 YEARS in the making. Thought we'd never get there.
RRR will be open for Odd Thursdays starting 4/29/21 !!! Looking forward to seeing and racing with you all again !!! Classes will be PGE for fun and Carreras DTM for points.

Thanks Mitch for letting use dust off our cars and trigger fingers and get some play time at your track..... thanks zack on the help with the gt3 car. going order some more tires and gearing and see what we can get it to do.. see you all Thursday for when it all really counts....

One would of thought Al would of replaced that phone by now or at least had the camera lens cleaned,,,,,
So I got a call from the credit card people today. Seems that one of my cards had been stolen. THEY asked me if I wanted to cancel the card and I asked how much did they spend. When they told me I replayed no. My wife spends 3 times that with it They can keep it saving me money.

I only got into Al once. That off in the sweeper was all on him. There no video proof to say other wise.
I am happy to be back hanging out with friends, even though my performances the last couple weeks have left something to be desired!
