Sure hope so. let see what happens on 1/23/21 we all might have more time on our hands than we all think.....
Thanks for having us Howie it as a good time!
Zack
I really appreciate the racers turning out for a race and it is a good time. Also thanks for taking care of that braid issue. I need to replace the braid, I know I have said that before!

What is supposed to happen on 1/23/21?
Presidential Inauguration? I always thought that was the 20th...
Or maybe the date for the dissemination of the Pfizer COVID vaccine?
I'm guessing Doc could use a few hours with Mavis Beacon. ;-)
Who is Mavis Beacon? Slot racer? Running for president? A hot rodder? What??
Never mind, I found out.
ha ha ha..... good see that c
Chris and Montie are still trolling the forum...Ii was sure that post would get more hits that it did....
just put it down to spray painting in in closed room..
Been there, done that.
The track that Rico now has, I was painting it in the garage. Lay tape over the rails, spray the track and remove the tape.
Most of the way down the main straight and almost finished I went to peel off the tape. No tape...
Decided I should open the garage door before any more spraying.
I was looking forward to racing today. I resoldered my Sportsman chassis and narrowed the front axle some more along with a new motor. I also transformed my truck from a 4x4 to a low rider in an effort to make it handle better. I hadn’t noticed how high the chassis rode but thanks to Bill for pointing it out. Sadly a change in plans has made it difficult for me to make it today

Yes, there was a scheduled race yesterday, but not enough showed up to have one! So we tweaked and practiced and drank coffee, ate cookies etc and BS'd and had a good time any way.
The next race is scheduled for Dec. 5th. We will see what happens then!
Maybe I can get Bill to post a picture I sent him last night.

Great race Howie! THANKS!
I am amazed the old Death Star hung in there through the entire race!
Yesterday's racing was a lot of fun. That Deathstar motor of yours is hanging in there just fine!!
