Thanks for the update Bill. We all are missing your smiling face at the races. Could of used another hand on the fire hose Thursday night and you missed  the   Godzilla moment on the back straightaway. I sure have a way of finding bad luck.

Shop update - Yes the shop is pretty much done. Yesterday I started moving some junk out of our storage unit and into the shop. I have to make a huge mess to get all my junk sorted out and redistributed into the shed (after it is moved into its final location), and into the garage (after it is emptied out, and I finish some shelving and painting inside). I'm pretty sure I have enough junk to fully occupy the shop and attic!

Track plans are still up in the air. As most of you know I still have my routed HO track we used to race on years ago. Chris Kouba has also volunteered to let me set up his small track. I have also been thinking alot about a return to a 1/24 track. I think a 1/24 track would give me more flexibility as far as the types of cars I could run. At this point I am not sure what type of program I would run up here or how much participation I can expect. I know there were quite a few 1/24 racers up here years ago. The question would be; where have they gone?

If you build it in the middle of a corn field in Iowa they wont....

Nice job with the 908 Doc, I'm going to have to dig mine out and give it some attention.

Since your over there just hanging around, why don't you just hop over and do something about that volcano for those poor folks on the big island.

Big waves headed your way Doc. 78' off of New Zealand and headed for Hawaii. New record for the southern hemisphere.

Al got 2nd Doc with 75 laps, Chris came in 1st with an astounding 77 laps and I got 3rd with a paltry 70 laps. It appears that in the series your safely in second place. I'm in third with no mathematical way to catch you unless I win the next race and we have like 40 racers.
