Topic: NASTE IROC Cars

I had a chance to run the NASTE IRIC '55 Chevys at Cape Horn when I was there. The '55s ran GREAT on the Cape Horn 6 lane 1/24 track! The track is very smooth and the layout suits these Radio Shack powered cars very well. I might have to work on getting enough Radio Shack motored cars for the upcoming NASTE race at Cape Horn!  ------------------Bill

Re: NASTE IROC Cars

Does that mean that the tires didn't get "lumpy"?

Re: NASTE IROC Cars

There was no lumpy lumpy. But then again we didn't run them for an extended period of time.  ---------------------Bill

Re: NASTE IROC Cars

I can't tell you how happy that makes me.  As lousy a driver as I am, I need as few variables as possible.  smile

Re: NASTE IROC Cars

I'm startin' to think you're a "sandbagger"...................either that or you clearly underestimate your ability!...........I can say that because I've been in a position where I was seeing your tailights while chasing you!!!! .................you truely are "smooth"! ------------------------Bill

Re: NASTE IROC Cars

I'm currently working on and testing, two different types of cars to be used as 1/32 IROC cars this season. The cars will be raced at Kimm's Heidelberg Raceway, a 1/32 routed track with magnetic braid. The cars I'm considering are: Jiada F1s, and Carrera Aston Martin Vanquish (street versions). I'll post the ongoing info about the cars on this forum under the 1/32 cars posts.  ------------------Bill
