I have lots of cars but, I have no cars suitable and ready to go for an IROC race.

In addition, I unfortunately have prior commitments and will not be able to attend this race.

If anyone has time to set up cars and has an idea for likely candidates I'm all ears!

Not legal for Classic Sports Car.

But yes, legal for Classic Sports Car Division II.

This chassis allows for movement of the rear axle and motor independant of the chassis itself.

I posted on the SLOT RACING OLDSCHOOL CLUB Facebook page. David and I had done some slot car business back in the eighties. He posted saying he had moved to Chehalis and was interested in the track. Done deal!

I have found a new caretaker for all my Revell track. It will all be going up to David Bond in Chehalis Washington.

It's a sickness we share!

I can now say I am Strombecker free!

OK, I've made up my mind it's time to let this track go. I have always felt the old Revell track was some of the best quality track you could get. So I have never sold any of the Revell track I acquired over the years. Well now I have come to the realization I just have way more than I will EVER use! I have not set up any of this track in the last 30 years, and I no longer have the space to store it. So I am offering it up to anyone interested. Yes that's right, FREE!

I have over 250 straight sections, and around 100 of each curve radius Revell made. I also have multiple set ups of the wide banked curve and the transition straights. The are also many inside and outside curve and straight aprons. With the aprons the Revell track is also suitable for 1/24 cars. The track pieces need cleaning but all are in good useable condition. Revell track does not break easily! It was a high quality product and one of the best tracks you could buy in the 60's!

Hit me up if you're interested. I'll fill your truck!

Sorry Doc....it was on the charger in the other room..........again.................

Actually, many, many, many..........I believe I failed them all.................Not really sure as they had quit talking to me by the time the classes were over..........

I had a great time tonight Al! Thanks for providing us with such an awesome place to hang out and track to race on!

And Zack, thanks for the fantastic Can Am car! I promise I will get better........

When I first started racing with the PASER guys I was using "vintage" 1/24 parts. I had a BUNCH of those green axles. Thinking they were obviously an advantage, being lighter and non-magnetic, I went through quite a few of them before I realized they were NOT the hot ticket!!! Some of us learn more slowly than others.......

All nice cars Monte! Personally I'd like to start racing more of these cars!

P.S. be careful with those "green" axles.......they're aluminum and bend very easily!......Don't ask me how I know........

Hmmmmm............................

Lord knows I have '70 Camaros!!!!!

If you build them, I will come!

...........................................maybe that didn't come out quite right?!!

Thanks Zack!

I'll be watching for car no.2!!!

Hey Zack, I've really been struggling with finding time for building cars while I'm in up to my eyeballs with trying to get my shop squared away, moving our daughter, taking care of other family stuff, and peddling slot cars. Are you open to the idea of "trades" for that car? Like maybe 3 new cars for it?
