I'm not sure exactly where he is moving to in Arizona. He said he will get me his new address. Can I give him your phone number Chris? Your email address will not do Ted any good!

Thanks Zack, but I had help. There weren't many racers that showed up for ALL the races. I was one of the few which is really what got me to where I finished for the season.

YES! Congrats to Ted!

We're gonna miss him!....................SHUT UP!..............

Great racing yesterday with a good group of racers!

Sadly it was Ted's last race with us before his move to Arizona. Hopefully he will find another group of like minded racers there to beat up on!

We raced the TA2 class for points and the Early Modified class for fun. There were some great battles throughout both races!

Thanks Howie for yet another great event!

Here's a short video clip from the Early Modified race:

He likes to run all the cars he builds. He is hoping for some "vintage" car races to be held in the future, something I would also like to see. He has also expressed interest in racing with the True Scale guys. I am currently looking for cars to get him going.

This is another restoration project. This Monogram Ford was in poor shape before Rob brought it back!

Although Rob does a lot of restorations, he also completes some new builds. This Porsche was built from a new Revell body kit and placed on an original Revell chassis.

Rob came by today with some of latest builds.

First up is this Strombecker Cheetah he restored. One thing Rob is really good at is getting the bodies lowered on the chassis for a better ride height. I should have wiped the car down before taking these photos. The dust distracts from the great paint job!

Saturday a few of us got together for the OSCAR Sports Car race at Springwater Raceway. Springwater proved to be an awesome venue for this class of cars. The 140 foot long, fast track provided for some very close racing!

After a pileup in the banked turn, causing some major damage to the body of his Ferrari Enzo, Zack completed an incredible come back to win the race.

I just put in an order to Team Bluegroove for six Porsche 962 bodies. If you need one let me know and I will set it aside for you.

You were getting your cars and skill on the new layout dialed in by the end of the race!

Video from yesterday's races.

TA2 Class:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yi2SaGZe9xU

Can Am Class Starring TED:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tQ6Nl0-IeNU

We had 10 racers in the NWTS TA2 Class, including two long distance travelers from the Seattle area. It was the first time some of the racers had turned a wheel on the track's new layout configuration, so as you can imagine the first round of racing was action packed! Our Seattle friends Craig and Dennis stole the show by whooping us all!

The backup class race was for the NWTS Can Am cars. And again Craig and Dennis showed us how it's done! What do we have to do to beat these guys?

Sorry I didn't get more photos!
