Ya'll got more issues than National Geographic.

I'm hiding them next time.  wink

Too cool!

I see what you did with those penguins!

It can be troublesome when you write a long, detailed post.

Always best to copy all the text prior to submitting so if you get timed out, you can log in again and quickly post it.

You can also try the back button to see if it will retrieve it for you.

And Bill...  not the tuner or builder.  HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.  Bill...  builder of tracks, builder of wonderful Halloween cars, builder of the Bostic Bullet (AKA the O-Ring Ford that drove a certain track owner wild).  Not the tuner or builder.  HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Go work on your track Bill.  HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.  You kill me.

There was a detailed post on one of the forums with all that and more.  It was quite a detailed list.  Chris Guy maybe?

Do I spy tungsten weights in that pod?  Been thinking about those lately.

And speaking of Slot. It, what is our position on the new 21.5 motor that is more like 23k?

That's a lot of awesome work you've put in.  I'm getting tired just reading the posts.

Pack up all my cares and woes, down the road, there they go, bye-bye NASCAR.

The SCX NASAR's that have been digitized to Carrera and gave us so much pleasure at the last race here have found a new home.

Sometimes enough is enough.

May the sun shine on your day.

Yee-haa!

Zack, you can check the links page, we've got that as well as other helpful tips on that page.

If there are others, we are happy to add them.

More devastating news.  I had emailed with Goose a few times recently and he had not been feeling well.

Victoria and I are both sorry to hear this.

I found him a pleasant, well-humored fellow.  I truly enjoyed our every meeting.

Seems so.  Maybe you need to update your software.

I hate to be the desparager but we've seen the Q-routine up there.  It never works out.  Buncha sandbaggers.

Be better for Alan to Q the unknowns and assign the knowns by result of previous reputation.

When I can outrun Vic and Bruce on a Q-run you know the fix is in...

Let's discuss Thursday night.

Yes, it will do that.  It allows for a relay on each lane of the three I have set up here.  I'm sure it was designed for fuel so "out of fuel" would require a relay to turn off the power for that lane.

UR 3.0 I believe.  He used to use that "lesser" program that only knows a single heat.

I've talked with the Race Coordinator guy.  He had little interest in the parallel port portion and I guess it shows.  I've also had conversations with Ricky - mista UR - and he has never been anything but responsive and helpful.

Although UR 3.0 does come at a small price, it seems more robust than the free RC offering.

Bill - Ultimate Racer 3.0.

We have found that the Race Coordinator program drops the power as you have seen at Al's, also at Mitch's I hear.

So I installed it here to test and it didn't take very long before I saw the same issue.

I then went back to UR 3.0 and never see the issue.  So if you want to use a parallel (printer) port for lap counting and power control, don't use Race Coordinator.

Spent a few minutes with the track program and found the issue.  Knew it had to be something simple...

Since it was a new installation and I had to add both names and cars - must have an individual car for each driver - I only added in enough to cover the assembled multitude however I left as one of them the default entry.

Bad idea...  Causes no end of issues.  No end.

Will be adding a sh*t load of cars to make sure we don't see that one in the future.

IWANNABECRAZY!

Thanks to all the racers that came out for food and entertainment.

Racing...  well, that didn't work out as planned.  If it could go wrong it pretty well did but we'll have it all fixed up by next time.

Honest...

Are you re-doing the lane color stripes too?

It can be a fun day.  We're also talking with the other group up there - PSSRA and 1:32 - about hosting a home and away series where they come here and run on two of our tracks and then we go there and run two of theirs.

We've done this before - there can be quite a crowd up there - and always a good time.

This one is basically organized, we just need to get it scheduled.

I'd want to see some rules.  We've been to some of those "spec" races.  The most memorable was once we went for an LMP race.  They showed us a list of 50 cars that would be "equal".  However when we got there with our LMP's the other three local teams all had the same exact car with special metal pods they'd sourced from Europe.  We were so far off the pace - basically we got track time.

I'm guessing this will be with Pat's squad?

Nice!  Very nice!  Sounds comfortable with a heavy shirt.

I like the heater in the corner.  Keep the room warm?

Doc, it's over.  I don't have any better cars than what I'm running.  I'll probably fall behind you and Rico.  I may not even be able to make them all which is always a disadvantage.

Zack, your Flat-6 is plenty ok.
