Hey all,
The Scuderia is entering the Tacoma 24 again (Nov 12-15) and looking for participants. If you're up for a few days of racing on big tracks, you're welcome to join in. Entry is paid for, need interested and able teammates to make things happen. Are you up for it?

Well, gosh. As usual, I am prepared to help you finish in the lower echelons. We are very busy with moving right now, but should be all set up in our new home (still in Newberg) by November.

I am truly devastated to inform you that I won't be able to make it to Tacoma this year. We have sold our Newberg house and are in the process of purchasing a new one in West Linn (the Newberg deal fell through due to an undisclosed easement showing up 8 days before close). The closing on the new house is scheduled for November 9, so we will be engaged in moving in and unpacking at the time of the Tacoma race. This will be the first race I've missed in probably 10 years, so it's a real downer for me. And I wish I could be there to help the team, Chris, but my marriage wouldn't survive if I didn't stay home to get things organized.
Good luck in the race; I'll be watching online and rooting for you!

We need more than two people to make this function, three was an absolute bare minimum. Please think about coming up for the event.

So far, it's still just Jake and me for this year. No one wants to go racing?
We need at least one more person to field a team and at least another after that to make things practical. Just show up Sat morning if that's all you want to do- or just come up and marshal or help in the pits if you don't want to race for that long. That said, it'd be great if you could come up for the Thurs/Fri events too, but we really need some teammates to actually have a team.
It's come a long way from the early events... if you've been before, it might be time to try again. You might like it!
