Topic: Parma FCR chassis

I just wanted feedback on why the Parma FCR brass chassis has not been turned into a class among any of the sanctions as they are a readily available chassis that is relatively cheap and with zero movement in the chassis it would come down to a drivers class think essentially a large scale womp with a hard body. I am sure they could be a blast with a hawk 7 motor.

Re: Parma FCR chassis

another option as well is Pro-track makes a hardbody chassis similar to the one we run for Howies Indy car class and as we have seen with the indy car class it usually has a high car count

Re: Parma FCR chassis

I can't argue with you on the FCR based cars. However, I tried the H&R chassis (both the early versions and the later versions) and they are junk! With that said, in Roseburg they race a couple of different classes using modified H&R chassis. They add thick brass side pans bolted to the sides of the chassis. They also race an Indy Car class cutting the chassis to fit model car Indy Car bodies. They seem to like them.

Re: Parma FCR chassis

I have a running FSR with nascar body that I can bring to Rob’s track for you to test next race!

Re: Parma FCR chassis

Id definitely be interested in trying one out to see how they handle they might not be took bad with a hawk 7 motor or a parma 16d
