Can Am Race 10/25/25

The Gorge Raceway hosted the Can Am class cars from PASER and NWTS for a Saturday afternoon sprint race shootout. 10 racers turned out to take on the technically challenging Gorge Raceway layout with Dennis (DC Dynamo) Cook making the trek from Seattle Washington to test his skill against our local group of racers. The racing consisted of 2 rounds with 4 minute heats. 32 minutes of track time for each racer provided ample time to provide some extremely close side by side racing and the final results reflected that close racing. Bill Bostic posted the fastest lap of the race with a lap of 4.969 seconds and the only driver to post a sub 5 second lap. Thanks to Bill Bostic who brought Tater-tots, Chicken nuggets and Corn Dog nuggets and to all those who brought cookies, chips and snacks to provide plenty of energy for racing. A  BIG THANK YOU, for all the racer's support so we can have local club racing.
