Topic: April 24th Race at Rapid Raceway

Great racing yesterday with a good group of racers!

Sadly it was Ted's last race with us before his move to Arizona. Hopefully he will find another group of like minded racers there to beat up on!

We raced the TA2 class for points and the Early Modified class for fun. There were some great battles throughout both races!

Thanks Howie for yet another great event!

Where in AZ is Ted going?  I can hook him up with the AZGR gang if desired.  They are primarily PHX-based, more on the east side (Chandler, Mesa, Sun Lakes) but have a few people all around (Tucson, Apache Junction).  Give him my email and have him drop me a line if interested.

Have corresponded with the Mayor of PHX Slot, Mr Dave Deuble, and it sounds like he has passed along the appropriate contacts (Roger G) for the classes down there that Ted likes to run.  Roger is a good egg and a tough racer.  He'll be in excellent company.
