Summer Sizzler Series: Race #6

The 6th and final race of the Summer Sizzler Series was a dogfight to the end. The race was renamed the Columbia River twin 200's for this last race. 2 races, 5-minute heats and two chances to win. Dennis and Craig ventured down from Seattle to partake in this final race, and their participation was greatly appreciated. 5 local racers brought the total to seven, and we were off and running. Soft Tacos, break apart doughnuts and chips were the fare for the day. Each race had its own nuances, but the competition was close all day. Home track advantage ruled the day with Racerbob squeaking out the double win. The racing is getting tighter and tighter for the podium. Thank you all for making this first summer season series a success. This series will return next summer.
