Summer Sizzler Series: Race #4. July 18th, 2026

A warm sunny morning had 5 hearty racers come and put the GT Prototype cars to the test at The Gorge Raceway. Sweet Saturday was the food theme as doughnuts and cookies were available in every type one could imagine. Practice had drivers prepping cars and parts flying of the shelf. Race time: 2, 5 minute rounds with 3 racers and 2 corner marshals at 11 volts. The racing was fast and furious with passing a premium challenge due to the size of these prototypes. A sweets break after round 1 made sure everybody was sugared up for the final round. Bob N. came home with the win, followed by flyin Bryan and Bill Bostic rounding out the podium Race #5 will be August 3rd, featuring the 4.5 inch Flexi NASCAR Cars.
