Summer Sizzler Series: Race #3 / July 6th, 2026

Race #3 of the Summer Sizzler Series is in the books. 8 racers came to contest on the Gorge Raceway's tight and twisty track, with the Trans Am Series cars. The voltage was set at 11 volts which provided plenty of speed while making the cars easier to drive. 2 rounds with 4 minute heats provided some great side by side racing and the racing was close. 3rd through 6th were separated by only 5 laps, so every tenth of a lap mattered. Bob N. came home with the victory, followed by Flyin Bryan and Bad Billy. Thanks to those who brought Burritos, tacos and snacks. Nobody went away hungry. Thanks for your continued support of our local club racing programs.
