Topic: 2023 Patriot 500

The Patriot 500 was run today with 10 racers coming out to put their skills to the test. After 90 minutes of practice and prep time, the race fired off at 10am. As usual, anything that can happen, did happen, with close side-by-side racing, crashes and mechanical failures, which are always a part of racing at Springwater. A big "thank you" to Dennis and Craig for coming from the Seattle area to be a part of the event. Thank you, Teri and Pam, for bringing the pizza for lunch! Here are the final results:

Thank you Bob for hosting today. I really enjoyed the race today and mostly survived the misadventures inflicted upon myself.

Race cars are neither beautiful nor ugly. They become beautiful when they win.
