Queue the fat lady, the Nasteburgring 2014 has come to an end. Today we had 11 Oregonian racers brave the I-5 construction in Olympia to join 9 racers from Washington for the finale. The morning started off with a round at Quick Vic's after a hearty breakfast. After the round was held it was a trek North to Auburn for racing and pizzas courtesy of Crikey. You will see in the attached results, the column with #points is the results from the first round at Victor's and the column with the laps is the results from my round. The totals are the combined totals from both rounds.

Chrissy and I would like to thank to all the racers today, especially the ones who made the large travel commitment from the Portland area. Safe travels to everyone on their way home.

Hope to see you all for the upcoming enduro at my house.

Hope to see you all soon

Howdy everyone,

Chrissy and I will be hosting the kick-off for the 2010 Enduro Series Saturday March 13th.  Testing has gone will for Monogram Lola T70's so that's what I expect we'll run unless some wants to offer something from their stable.  Practice starts at 11:00 and the race will start as close to noon as we can.  We'll seed the teams since this has been a success in the past.  Pizzas will start around 1:00.

Hope you can make it.

John & Chrissy

Race day dawned with icy roads and cold temperatures but that didn't stop 19 racers from doing battle in finale of the enduro series. We enjoyed the sight of familiar faces and welcomed 6 new racers: Len, Roger, "OWH" Paul Kassens, Pat, Sebastian and Ryan. A few of the racers couldn't compete the entire event but the remaining drivers slugged it out for 4 hours.

Many pizzas gave their lives to fuel the competitors. At the end of the day 110 laps covered the fields.

Randy,

Thanks for hosting a great IROC event on your challenging track.  The SCX Nascars ran great all day.  It was a fantastic road trip meeting more of the Oregon racers.

Please keep us posted on future events.  I know we can get some racers together for another round.

Bill,

I'm with you on the Daytona Prototypes.  They seemed to run fine but not quite like a Slot.It and I have no idea why.

On another note just wait til we divulge the cars for the next enduro.

I'll keep you posted on that one.

Thanks Rico,

I couldn't remember what the car had in it.  They sure do run well but I guess that's no suprise since the drivetrain is Slot.It
