Yes, what a selection. From Slot.it Ford GT's to the fickle Fiats of Fate. And thanks to Kelly for keeping us well fed.
Now if we can just learn to outsmart that computer program we'll be all set.

Ok, who said that!
The girl is getting tougher all the time. We may need a new moniker.
Thanks for having us. I think we're starting to get used to the track!
I was happy to begin with. But I may now be happier. I'll give it some thought.
Thanks for having us over, I had a good time though I may need to work on bringing faster cars. And how can a scratch-built car be made from a manufactured chassis? LOL
We may need one more category of construct-ability.
It was a small but well-behaved crowd that came out for Tuesday Night. Here now the results:
Classic Sports Car Class:
1. Monte Saager - 54 laps
2. Greg Petrolati - 52 laps
3. Victoria Saager - 48 laps
GT Class:
1. Monte Saager - 58 laps
2. Greg Petrolati - 55 laps
3. Victoria Saager - 50 laps
A most pleasant evening was had by all. We'll look forward to seeing you next time at Rico's. I think.
Howdy all. We're announcing some changes that will take place at the next First Sunday which will be in October. So here we go:
NINCO GT
The first race will be the Ninco GT's as current but with ANY Ninco motor allowed.
The reason for switching the Ninco class is that it's becoming much easier to get a new Ninco GT car that has a motor other than an NC-5. It seems silly to restrict cars on that basis. Run what you bring as long as it's a Ninco.
IROC
The second race will be IROC with different cars each time. We'll try to pick some cars that are fun to run so it will be more of a drivers set. This will give some the chance to try some types of cars they might not otherwise.
About every three or four months we'll instead run a 2-hour digital enduro. Now that the Digital track is pretty well finished it will be good to get some more use out of it.
We'll look forward to seeing you in October!
Thanks to Bill for having us all over last night. We had a fun time.
A fun night, thanks.
Thanks for coming by all, it was a good time. I think my cars even outlived the attack of the neighborhood kids. And thanks for being good sports about that.

After some first heat difficulties where the temperature was sweltering, things smoothed out pretty well. No cars were lost and I think we found all the bad parts!
An excellent time was had by all. A special thanks to Victoria for tons of help.
Yes, that was a fun way to approach a class. I'll see if I can't pry that magnet out prior to the next race. ;-)
The Ninco Jaguar XK120 is a good car too as we saw in the proxies.
I'll bring a bunch of cars for both classes if anyone wants to show up that doesn't have a car(s).
However, most any GT car will work for the GT class and if you have a Ninco Classic, it will be perfect for the Classics class.
We'll see you there.
Look! We're making progress.
Saturday morning and the last of the plaster has been poured. Good thing, I am so tired of plaster...
Saturday afternoon and the base paint is pretty well down.
Time for some grass!
Progress continues.
I'll be bringing a stack of GT cars and anything else that strikes my fancy but will probably only have time to go straight there.
That's a lot of cars!
Penguin Point will be glad to enter the schedule as well. We're even happy with a GT class as described.
I like the added advantage of a magnet, I think it could really help the newer folks. Everybody should get to win a time or two.
Tuesday seems to work well for many of us already.
Maybe Tony could give us some info on the rest of that. I have no idea myself. But it sounds like fun to me.
A big salute to all our hosts! Rico, Kelly and AJ, Bill and Diane, Drew, and Victoria.
Breakfast at Rico's was great. All the bacon I could want and more. The Brownies at Bill's almost made up for those tension-filled laps around his track. I never felt so slow while hearing how fast I was going. Drew's basement was a welcome relief from the afternoon heat but the track was the real treat. We've got some great video from there. Victoria did a great job out here of keeping the pizza rolling. I don't know which was more competitive, the rally or the pizza!
I thought all the tracks were fun, especially the two that were new to me. Drew's with it's narrow roadway and bumps, and Bill's which was just tight and treacherous. And it was pretty cool seeing rally cars catch air on the bridges.
But as always, it's not so much what you're doing but who you're doing it with.
That was the best part.
Some of us are already here! We'll see if we can't get the track warmed up for you.
