Topic: Help Needed for Oregon Trail Rally

Hello Fellow Slotheads-  October 23-25 brings 29 slot cars from all over the world to the good ol' Portland Metro area for the SCX Classis Proxy "Oregon Trail Rally".   As previously stated the event will be held over three days and feature 5 individual stages.  Monte and myself are going to need some volunteers to help accomplish this monumental task.  The first two stages will be at Monte and Victoria's in Hillsboro on Friday evening and the next two in Milwaukie at Rico's house.  The last stage will be back in Hillsboro on Sunday.
We are aware that the 1/24 Enduro is happening at Rapid Raceway on Fri and Sat and many of you are commited to that extraordinary event but that leaves openings for those who are not participating.  Flat out- we need some help to get this event done.  Opportunities like this don't come along often so don't miss out on this rare chance to race slot cars from all corners of the globe.  Please contact Monte or Rico via e-mail, this forum or by phone if you are availible to help.

I want to give a big shout out to the club members/local racer that came out to help with the SCX Classis Rally Proxy over the weekend.  Art, Lee, George, Gordon, Kevin, and Greg- THANKS MUCH, we couldn't have done it without you.  The event was a huge success around the globe thanks to your efforts.
