Topic: Can Am

A few of us have built Can Am cars based on the Scholer chassis and a Deathstar motor.  We have been using the 1/24 th scale Tamiya slot car kits.  My favorite is the Lola, however many are available and Ron has a stable of cars including a Lotus, Porsche 908, Lola and McLaren.  It may take a while for this class to catch on but these cars run quite well and are nearly as fast as their resin bodied, scratch-built counterparts.  Below are some images
