Topic: Chassis building session.

Jan. 11, 2020: the first chassis building session is now history. It was a very successful event. We were building a Can-AM chassis out of a Flexi type chassis. I thank Bill, Zack, Marty, Ted for helping with their skills at soldering and planning. I thank Bob the parts guy for bringing the running gear necessary to do the build, the parts took up two card tables! Thanks to all the guys who participated. Our intent was for every one who wanted a Can-Am chassis to at least have a roller by the time the session was over and I believe we accomplished that.

I am planning on having another session for the Early Modified and Sportsman chassis as soon as the schedule allows.

Re: Chassis building session.

Thank you Howie for setting this up, supplying tools, and most importantly the shop to get this done!

I had a great time and I think everybody involved did!

Re: Chassis building session.

A BIG thanks to all involved. Howie for hosting, Bill and Bob for supplying parts and Zack for his soldering duties. Much appreciation to all.

Re: Chassis building session.

Thanks to all that helped make this happen. I had a great time and came home with a car! I think it helps new folks get a 1/24 car which seem impossible to buy and hard to build if you are new to it. Us newbies do appreciate it!

Re: Chassis building session.

I agree. A big thanks to all who donated parts and time.

Re: Chassis building session.
