Thank you Howie for generously offering your track once again for the Halloween race. We all appreciate it! I've posted on the NASTE FB page, but for those not on FB, here it is again.

Halloween Race. October 30th. I hope this is okay to post here.
Victoria has generously offered to donate pizza for that night (I'd rather they be there themselves, but understand) and we'll pick it up on our way. I'll be bringing sweets. I've been making a few.
Also have reusable plates and silverware I can bring. Yes, they'll be washed clean.

Good idea Bill. Thanks! I'll fix up a container of veggies to bring along with the chocolates so I'm not just bringing bad for you stuff.

Well, I was sorry to hear you were selling it Bill, but guess that means I'll have to come out there for a race one of these times before it goes. I sure liked racing on it.

I'm really sorry. I totally forgot to post pictures here of the race. They are on my Facebook wall as well as the video of this race. They are posted as public, so even if we aren't friends, you can still see them. I don't think I ever uploaded them to Photobucket, but here's the link to the YouTube video. Sorry about that. Was a little busy around that time. Thanks to everyone who came out to race at our place. I had fun and glad you did too.

Yes, I read through all of these posts again carefully and slowly because you said "Please remember I am NOT talking about changing the weekend NASTE events." and I figured I read something wrong!

I did miss a couple of points and read some things wrong, so I apologize for my mistake.

I thought you were doing away with the 'socializing' aspect of the racing completely and couldn't understand that because it seems like those races are the only races that are NOT too serious and mainly just for fun.

Since you are just talking about the Point Series Championship, it has nothing to do with me, so my opinions and thoughts do not matter. I did think it was working well this year though since you had those participating in the Point Series separate from the rest of us who just like to race those cars.

Since you are NOT changing the weekend NASTE races, I'm very happy to continue coming to the social events.
